Do you accept insurance?

We operate as a fee-for-service clinic. While we don’t take insurance directly, you may use HSA/FSA cards and request a Superbill for reimbursement

What types of visits do you offer?

Both in-person visits at our Rancho Bernardo location and telehealth appointments across California.

How do I book an appointment?

Do you treat menopause symptoms?

Yes, we specialize in women’s health, including FDA-approved hormone therapy for menopause management.

What weight loss options are available?

We offer nutrition coaching, fitness guidance, FDA-approved medications, and diagnostic scans to support safe, sustainable weight loss.

What is a VO₂ Max test?

It measures your cardiovascular fitness and endurance by analyzing how your body uses oxygen during exercise.

What does a DEXA scan show?

It provides a precise breakdown of body fat, lean muscle, and bone density for accurate progress tracking.

Do I need a referral ?

No, you do not need a referral. If you have a physician referral for bone densitometry only, you will receive a discount. If you do not have a referral, you can still get the test and one of our physicians will review it.

Who are your physicians?

Our board-certified physicians, Dr. Suzan Mahdai and Dr. Haider Aldiwani, are experts in preventive medicine, obesity care, and women’s health.

Do you offer peptide treatment?

We offer FDA-approved peptide treatments, like GLP-1 medications. We do not offer compounded peptides.
